Low dose naltrexone (LDN) is prescribed at a fraction of the FDA-approved dose for addiction to modulate the immune system. Commercial naltrexone is only available in 50mg; LDN requires doses of 1.5mg–4.5mg, only available through compounding.
Patients whose physicians have prescribed LDN for immune modulation or chronic inflammatory conditions.
