The new Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is available at our 12th Ave Rd pharmacy. Vaccinations will be available from 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. No appointments are necessary. All persons 65 years and older are eligible. Persons under 65 are also eligible without the need for qualifying conditions. Our pharmacists are available to answer all questions and requirements for the new COVID-19 vaccine. 
 
 
Please bring your insurance information and be prepared to fill out a screening form.
 
Seniors need to bring their Medicare B card.
